‘Tis the season to get fit, not fat.

Fast forward to January 1st — the moment where you commit to your New Year’s Resolutions! After a season of way too many cookies, heavy meals and adult beverages, it’s only natural that people vow to lose weight and get fit. In fact, weight loss is predicted to rank #1 for 2014. But why wait until January 1st? Why not close out 2013 STRONG & HEALTHY with Tribesports’ 12 Days of Fitness?!

On the 1st Day of Fitness,

An a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank!

On the 2nd Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank!

On the 3rd Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank!

On the 4th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
4 amazing burpees (oh great),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (ouch)!

On the 5th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (nooooo),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (ooouch)!

On the 6th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (OMG!!!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (ahhhhhhh)!

On the 7th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (seriously?!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (mommy…)!

On the 8th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
8 squats for my booty,
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (soooo not amazing!!!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (HOLY @#$%)!

On the 9th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
9 triceps chair dips,
8 squats for my booty,
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (WHYYYYY?!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (SON OF A BEOTCH!!!)!

On the 10th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
10 effing tuck jumps,
9 triceps chair dips,
8 squats for my booty,
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (…I…can’t…breath…),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (EVERYTHING HUUURRRTS)!

On the 11th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
11 walking lunges,
10 effing tuck jumps,
9 triceps chair dips,
8 squats for my booty,
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (MOMMY WHERE THE F ARE YOU??!!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?!?!)!

On the 12th Day of Fitness,
Tribesports gave to me…
12 “easy” crunches (REALLY?!?)
11 walking lunges,
10 effing tuck jumps,
9 triceps chair dips,
8 squats for my booty,
7 fancy mountain climbers,
6 big girl push-ups,
5 killer star jumps,
4 amazing burpees (WAAAAAAAAAA!!!),
3 minute bridge,
2 minute wall squat,
And an a-w-e-s-o-m-e 1 minute plank (oh, H-E-L-L-O sexy body, there you are!)!
