NO GYM? NO PROBLEM! TRY THIS “WASHCLOTH WORKOUT”!

“Gliding Discs” are an awesome way to perform a total body workout. Typically, they are double-sided for versatility and work on both carpet and hard surfaces. From lunges and squats to upper-body exercises, you are guaranteed to target specific muscle groups and tone your entire body! Personally, I don’t own these yet so I’ve made my own version using washcloths. They are the PERFECT alternative and I’m loving the results of my workouts. If you don’t have hardwood floors, no problem. Grab a couple paper plates.

Behind The ScenesA picture is worth a thousand words. When it comes to taking photos or filming videos, the editing process is just as important as the actual photo-taking process. However, the entire process can be incredibly overwhelming for a new blogger. Rest assured, because the great news is that there are tons of free resources available to you that will help you get started with ease and confidence. I am no expert. I have no fancy degree or certification in photography or videography. But, I do have an extraordinary passion for imagery, artistry and detail! Like you, I have a tremendous amount of respect and appreciation for the way things look. I’ve done my research. I’ve tested numerous apps to determine which ones are the best for my vision. GuacamoleThis is one of my favorite snacks to make on the weekends — healthy guacamole with a crunchy twist (bacon)!!! Yes, you either love avocados or you hate them. My husband and I LOVE them and here’s why: Avocados are packed with various essential nutrients and “healthy” fats making them a deliciously smart snack for any occasion. Referred to as the “alphabet fruit”, you’re consuming vitamins A, C, E, K and B6, along with an enormous amount of potassium.

Try pairing guacamole with whole-grain breads, turkey wraps or chicken sandwiches. Some even enjoy topping their eggs with it for breakfast, which is a combination I have yet to try (or maybe never, lol). Personally, I suggest ordering guacamole with fresh veggies instead of chips for a healthy alternative — carrot sticks, sliced cucumbers, red  peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
