Raspberry Chia PuddingIf this isn’t food porn, I don’t know what is! I made this Raspberry Chia Pudding Parfait thinking it’d be time consuming and difficult, but I was pleasantly surprised! Believe it or not, this was my 1st time making Overnight Oats and Chia Seeds Pudding. Really! To put things bluntly, DON’T WAIT ANOTHER SECOND. With a few simple ingredients, it’s seriously dump, stir, pour and you’re done.

Here’s what’s up — “Chia” means strength, and folklore has it that these cultures used the tiny black seeds as an energy booster. They contain healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and calcium. I am OBSESSED with unique variations like these for multiple reasons and have been known to preach the importance of changing up your routine. Yes, standard movements are extremely beneficial on their own. But, if you have ever found yourself hitting a plateau or you’re just not seeing the definition you want IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE!
