  1. Hi Angelica! Thanks for your comment. Yes, I strongly recommend the Body Fuel System as it is an incredible lifestyle program (not just some fad diet). In fact, the B.F.S. may be exactly what you’re looking for as it directly responds to your questions about meals, snacks and timing. Regarding my workouts. Typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday I designate for 30-45 minutes of Strength Training (with light cardio afterwards). Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are my HIIT days (High Intensity Interval Training). Feel free to check out my YouTube.com/FitWasted channel to view my real-time HIIT workouts.     Just wondering if you still recommend this system as of today.
    May I also ask what your daily diet consists of if you don’t mind including meals and snacks and times?
    And finally what your typical weekly workout schedule is and how long you spend working out every day.
