My Diet PillWhat’s my secret?? It’s a new diet pill called “GET UP & MOVE YOUR ASS.” I’m loving the results from it so far!!

People frequently ask me, “What supplements do you take?” Allow me to break it down for you. I take B12 and drink Shakeology, that’s it. When it comes to any type of diet pill, I take zilch, zero, nada, none! With all do respect to those who do, I personally do not allow random pills to define me. I’d rather work my ass off and earn my results the right way than to “cheat” or fake it with some magic diet pill.

How do you define fitness or weight loss “progress”? Is it the number on the scale each morning? Many of us would say “YES”, right?! After all, we’re wired to attach a number to something we’re working so hard on and call it “progress”.
