Confession: If you were to ask me a year ago if I would even dare to look at a green drink I’d say “h-e-l-l no”! I couldn’t understand all the damn hype over liquefied vegetables and fruits GROSS!!! I must say, I’m disappointed that I waited so long to bust out the blender. Thanks to Body Fuel System I am a changed woman!
Drink Your Veggies
-1 handful of spinach
-1 kiwi (peeled)
-1 cup fresh pineapple (chopped)
-1 frozen banana
-2 slices of fresh ginger
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
-1/2 cup water
