I am OBSESSED with unique variations like these for multiple reasons and have been known to preach the importance of changing up your routine. Yes, standard movements are extremely beneficial on their own. But, if you have ever found yourself hitting a plateau or you’re just not seeing the definition you want IT’S TIME FOR A CHANGE! Charge your body to engage different muscles. Energize muscles that you haven’t felt before. Start toning those difficult places you have always dreamed about.

Performing circuits like this “Office Workout” keeps me wanting more. My workouts stay fresh, exciting and fun. Nobody wants to do the same thing over and over again. Ask Albert Einstein and he’ll tell you what the definition of insanity is: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”


-Round Kicks
-Tricep Chair Dips (Modified + Full)
-Seated Leg Extensions + Overhead Press
-Seated Crunches
-Leg Rotations (Clockwise + Counter Clockwise)
-Assisted Hamstring Curls
