Peanut Butter FingersAre you drooling yet? I’m guessing YES if you love peanut butter and dark chocolate! Just for you, I give you my Peanut Butter Energy Bites recipe for the simple fact that I  ♥ YOU. In celebration this is a MASSIVE thank you to each and every one of you for letting me spend time in your phones, homes, kitchens, living rooms and lives. It’s been an amazing honor! I absolutely love my job and I will never stop devoting my energy to all of you!!!

Now onto these mouth watering, DELICIOUSLY and SINFULLY addicting energy bites! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. In fact, if I had a dime for every time a fan has made these (from my Instagram feed), I’D BE RICH, RICH RICH! It’s been fun to watch each of their creations too. Approach with caution, it’s about to get real!

INGREDIENTS

—1 cup steel cut oats or rolled oats (dry)
—1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
—1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
—1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
—1/3 cup ground flax seed (optional)
—1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
—1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

—Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl
—Roll into 1/2 – 1 inch bite size balls
—Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 30 minutes
—Enjoy 1 – 2 pieces (and yes, enjoy your Peanut Butter Fingers too!)
