Morning Berry SmoothieLet’s face it, the American diet is terrible. Rarely do any of us eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables; instead, we reach for what’s quick and easy—packaged food and fast food—which have been so over-processed that their nutrients have long been destroyed. The reality is, we’re running our bodies on empty. WE NEED MORE FUEL, GOOD FUEL. Not empty-calorie junk.

Confession: If you weGreen Drinkre to ask me a year ago if I would even dare to look at a green drink I’d say “h-e-l-l no”! I couldn’t understand all the damn hype over liquefied vegetables and fruits GROSS!!! I must say, I’m disappointed that I waited so long to bust out the blender. Thanks to Body Fuel System I am a changed woman!

Drink Your Veggies

-1 handful of spinach
-1 kiwi (peeled)
-1 cup fresh pineapple (chopped)
-1 frozen banana
-2 slices of fresh ginger
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
-1/2 cup water
